Volunteers Needed!
Did you say 'walk'?
We are always in need of volunteers! We do require that volunteers under the age of 16 come with an adult and stay with that adult while volunteering with us.
If you are interested in volunteering, all you have to do is stop at the shelter during the hours listed below.
There is a simple informational form to complete.
Our volunteer hours are our open hours:
Tuesday 6pm-8pm
Thursday 6pm-8pm
Saturday 10am-2pm
Some of the things volunteers can do are:
Clean cat cages Yard work & maintenance
Socialize cats & kittens Socialize dogs & puppies
Laundry Clean dog kennels
Transport animals Walk dogs
Spend time with the dogs ...and other chores
We also need help with a variety of fundraisers each year, such as:
Bake sales Rummage sale
Craft sales Plant sale
Adoption days Golf Outing
Walk for Animals ...and other fundraisers!
